Celebrating One Year of Blake Fell Apparel

On 14 November, Blake Fell Apparel celebrates its first birthday.

It's been a year of developing designs, trying new ideas and building a clothing range inspired by the places we know best. The western Lake District is still at the heart of it, from the shores of Ennerdale Water to the fells and footpaths around Loweswater, Buttermere and beyond.

Inspired by the Lakes, made for everyday wear

When we started Blake Fell, the idea was straightforward: create clothing that feels connected to the Lake District without covering everything in enormous logos or walking slogans.

That hasn't changed. We've been adding new designs and exploring different styles, from simple mountain illustrations to our Lakes Series, which uses the distinctive outlines of the lakes themselves.

We've also been sharing more of the places behind the designs through photographs and walking articles. The Lake District isn't just a backdrop for Blake Fell. It's where the inspiration comes from, and somewhere we spend a lot of our time.

A birthday giveaway

Looking ahead

There's plenty more we'd like to do with Blake Fell, including new designs and more stories from the fells. But the idea behind it remains the same: clothing inspired by this part of the world, made to be worn on ordinary days as well as memorable ones.
