Welcome to Blake Fell Apparel, an independent clothing brand based in the Lake District, United Kingdom.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Many of our products are made to order by trusted production partners, while others are held in limited stock.

Please check your chosen size, colour and delivery address before completing your purchase.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@blakefellapparel.com.

Once production begins, we may be unable to change the order. However, this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where products are unavailable, a genuine pricing error has occurred or we cannot fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken, we will provide a refund.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information and prices.

Product colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and manufacturing processes.

Some items are printed or embroidered to order, so minor variations in print placement or finish may occur. Products must nevertheless match their descriptions and meet applicable consumer quality standards.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Any applicable delivery charges and additional taxes collected by us will be displayed before payment.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not knowingly store customers' full payment card details on our own systems.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Many made-to-order products require approximately 2 to 5 working days for preparation, followed by an estimated 2 to 4 working days for standard UK delivery.

International delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays or customs processing.

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels where items are dispatched by different production partners.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights relating to delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We comply with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

For most standard, non-personalised products purchased online, UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

Products being printed or manufactured to order does not automatically remove this cancellation right.

Products genuinely made to an individual customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, your statutory consumer rights remain protected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Blake Fell Apparel name, original designs, branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise permitted by law or authorised by the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce or commercially use our original designs, logos or content without permission.

Any third-party trademarks or materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities, fraudulent purchases or attempts to interfere with the website's operation or security.

We may update website information, product availability and prices from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of orders already accepted, except where permitted by law.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

We take customer privacy seriously.

Information collected when you browse our website or place an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
