Refund & Returns Policy – Blake Apparel

Thank you for shopping with Blake Apparel. Each item is made to order with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

🧾 Returns

Because our garments are printed on demand, we can only accept returns if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or

  • There’s a printing or sizing error that differs from what you ordered.

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask for a photo of the problem, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

📦 Exchanges

As each product is custom-made, we don’t offer size or colour exchanges. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed eligibility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
