Materials & Production FAQ

We believe in being straightforward about what goes into our clothing and how it is produced.

How is your clothing printed?

Our printers use water-based inks for many of our printed garments. These inks are certified to OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT standards, which assess chemicals used in textile production. Other decoration methods, including embroidery, are used for some products.

Is your clothing made to order?

Much of our clothing is printed or embroidered when ordered, rather than produced in large quantities of finished stock. This can take a little longer, but helps avoid unnecessary unsold clothing.

What materials do you use?

Our range includes cotton, organic cotton and blended fabrics, depending on the item. Check individual product descriptions for the exact composition.

Does every product carry environmental certifications?

No. Certifications vary between garments. Certification of printing inks does not mean the entire finished garment is certified.

Is your clothing sustainable?

All clothing has an environmental impact. We aim to make sensible material choices and avoid producing unnecessary finished stock rather than claim otherwise.
